REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

1. General Policy Since our products are strictly digital (eBooks, PDF plans, video access), they are deemed "used" immediately upon download or access. Therefore, standard return policies for physical goods (such as the 30-day return window or free return shipping) DO NOT APPLY to this store.

2. Pre-Order Refunds (Before Release) If you have pre-ordered the "Sub 4:00:00 Master Plan", you are eligible for a full refund (100%) at any time before the official release date of January 20, 2026. To request a cancellation and refund, simply email us at jimkiriak@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Post-Release Refunds (No Returns) Once the product has been released and the download link has been sent to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once you have accessed the digital content, as the knowledge cannot be "returned."

4. Exceptions (Defective Files) In the unlikely event that the file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or you are unable to download it due to a technical error on our side, we will provide a replacement file immediately. If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
