OVERVIEW This website is operated by Jim Kiriakos Coaching. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jim Kiriakos Coaching. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL) By purchasing the "Sub 4:00:00 Master Plan" or any coaching service, you acknowledge that Jim Kiriakos Coaching is not a medical provider. The information provided in our books, videos, and coaching plans is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree that:

  1. You should consult with a physician before beginning this or any other exercise program.

  2. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death that may result from your participation in these activities.

  3. You release Jim Kiriakos Coaching and Dimitris Kyriakopoulos from any liability for any injury or damage you may sustain.

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our products (ebooks, video libraries, training plans) are digital assets.

  1. License: When you purchase our book, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only.

  2. Prohibitions: You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publish our content (PDFs or Video Links) to any third party. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of intellectual property laws and will be pursued legally.

  3. No Refunds on Downloaded Goods: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable, in accordance with EU Consumer Law regarding digital content.

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDER TERMS For items listed as "Pre-Order":

  1. You will be charged immediately at the time of placing the order.

  2. The product will be delivered digitally on the specified release date (January 20, 2026).

  3. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product is delivered.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
