The Professional Coaching Certification is an intensive, 6-month (27-week) clinical program designed for those ready to lead the running industry. This is not just another theoretical course; it is a hands-on coaching residency built on real-world data, exercise physiology, and advanced biomechanics.

• Aspiring Coaches: Ready to build their own team from scratch, avoiding the common pitfalls of "bro-science" and cookie-cutter plans.

• Experienced Athletes: Seeking the scientific depth required to mentor others with safety, precision, and authority.

The Methodology: "Learning by Doing"

Our curriculum is built around weekly case study presentations. Under direct supervision, you will analyze and defend the training logs of your athletes (or volunteers provided by us):

1. Programming: What was the specific training prescription?

2. Scientific Rationale: Why was this specific intensity, volume, and energy system targeted?

3. Execution: What did the athlete actually perform compared to the plan?

4. Data Analysis: What were the physiological results and what errors were identified?

5. Refinement: How do we recalibrate the plan to ensure the athlete hits their goal?

Certification Benefits:

• Professional Credentials: Graduate with an official Certification from Your Running University.

• Clinical Practice: If you do not currently have athletes, we will provide volunteers from our global YouTube community for your clinical training.

• Recruitment Opportunity: The top 2-3 graduates each year will be eligible to join the Official Coaching Staff of Your Running University, managing high-ticket athletes from our global roster.
